Missed Appointments

From January to December 2024, over 200 appointments were missed at our practice. These missed appointments could have been used for other patients in need. We understand that situations arise and you may not be able to make your appointment, so we ask that you cancel at least an hour in advance. If you miss an appointment, you will receive a text notification. If a second appointment is missed, you will receive a letter. Missing another appointment after the letter may result in automatic removal from the practice.
