Patient Access

We will no longer be using the Patient Access website (www.patientaccess.com) or the Patient Access mobile app for repeat medication ordering from the end of November 2024.

Repeat prescription requests can still be made using one of the following methods. 

1. Online repeat medication requests can be made via the request form which is available via our website (www.neilstonmedicalcentre.scot.nhs.uk). To access the form from our website homepage click on the box that says ‘Repeat Prescriptions’ and complete the form as required. This is then sent electronically to our practice.
2. You can make the request using the tear off slip from the right hand side of your prescription and returning this to the practice.
3. You can submit a written request to the practice with your name, date of birth and medication requested (slips are available in the porch in reception, if needed).
4. Requests can also be made via Neilston Pharmacy either online, by telephone, or in person.

The practice does not accept prescription requests over the telephone.
